However, please understand that quality is often reflected in the price, and achieving a flawless appearance may require a higher budget - – our pursuit is always the highest quality within each price range.

    (2) Lifetime Referral Cashback: From then onward, Friend A becomes your permanent referral. Regardless of whether or not they mention your name in future orders, you will receive a 5% cashback 14 days after they confirm receipt of each order, once the return period has expired.

    (3) Order Milestone Reward: To be eligible for the order milestone reward, all orders must have passed the 14-day return period.     ③ Storage: Always store pearls separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches. A soft pouch or a separate compartment in your jewelry box is ideal.

    ④ Last on, First off: Make pearls the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. This helps to limit their exposure to damaging elements and substances.

  • Starlit Pearls offers a 14-day return policy for all products, no questions asked. However, unless there are issues with the quality of the product, the cost of shipping back will be borne by the buyer.

    ① Natural imperfections on the surface of pearls are a part of their organic nature and are not considered quality issues.

    ② Any discrepancies in colour between the product photos and the actual product due to lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays do not constitute quality issues.

    ③ Oxidation of silver accessories in the jewelry is not a quality issue. This can easily be removed with a silver polishing cloth.

    ④ When returning products, it is imperative that the tags remain attached to the items. Returns will not be processed and refunds will not be issued if the tags have been removed from the products.

    ⑤ Please ensure the integrity of the product when returning it, including all accompanying items such as the jewellery box, any free gifts, and the silver polishing cloth.

    ⑥ When returning the product, please ensure that it remains in good condition without signs of wear, damage, discolouration, or any strong odours.

    ⑦ Refusal of delivery, incorrect address, being on vacation, or not collecting the item (which is treated as refusal of delivery) are not covered under the shop's return policy. If a package is returned under these circumstances, refunds will not be issued. If extenuating circumstances are unavoidable, We kindly request that you contact me in advance.

    ⑧ Due to the unique nature of each piece of pearl jewellery, Starlit Pearls accepts returns only, exchanges are not possible. Once purchased, gift vouchers are non-refundable.

    ⑨ Before returning any item, please contact starlitpearls@gmail.com for a return authorization. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

    ⑩ Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

    ⑪ If contact is not made with Starlit Pearls within 14 days of receiving the item for a return, or if the item is not returned within 14 days of receiving return authorization, a refund may not be possible.

    ⑫ In case of any damage to the item received or damage during transit, please contact Starlit Pearls within 24 hours of receiving the item so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
